This former ballast extraction site is now a natural space with a pleasant walking path just a stone's throw from the town. On the bodies of water and their surroundings, nature has restored its reign and many species have chosen to live there under the watchful eye of the Highland cows who maintain the site.

Discover the two trails open to the public: the 0.7 km Chickadee Trail and the 0.9 km Dragonfly Trail.

Open all years round !
