Formerly an industrial property, the Biache Marsh is today a peaceful pond where coots, grebes and the magnificent common kingfisher live. During the migratory period, you can even catch sight of the osprey fishing on the pond! This site is in close proximity to the canalised Scarpe, a real hunting grounds for bats come nightfall.
