Here, you’ll find yourself amid the largest dune massif in northern France (nearly 5 km wide). The trail here crosses all the types of dune present in our department. From the seaside to further inland, we find embryo dunes, white seagrass dunes, grey moss and lichen dunes, shrub dunes – mainly sea buckthorn – and wooded dunes. The history of the dune writes itself before your very eyes.
