Nordic walking is a ‘health sport’ for everyone, whatever their age or physical condition.

So, in partnership with the Fédération Française d'Athlétisme and the Conseil Départemental du Pas-de-Calais, the Commune of Baincthun wanted to develop signposted routes in the heart of the Boulogne national forest. 

The Boulogne Athletic Club, a partner in this operation, is offering outings supervised by an Athletic-Health coach (for all outings, contact 06.52.49.39.12).

So grab your sticks!
